ORGANIC & BIODYNAMIC, HANDCRAFTED FARM PRODUCTS

The farm is committed to practicing organic and biodynamic methods. We allow our to chickens to roam ‘free-range’ in the orchard and they help control pests and fertilize the field at the same time. We allow our sheep to graze freely throughout the farm and they keep the grass short in the vineyards and olive groves thus contributing to the maintenance of our healthy soil. We harvest our vegetables and fruits for consumption both fresh and preserved. We transform them into tasty sauces and jams, both sweet and savory, that can be enjoyed on and off the farm!!!

We produce our own extra virgin olive oil, biodynamic wine, extra virgin olive oil soap, lavender, jams and marmalades, which we sell all over the world!!!
Our main products at The Fattoria dell’Orto degli Ulivi are delicious jams and tapenades reminiscent of the traditional flavors of our grandmothers, which are also difficult to find in today’s supermarkets. We use no preservatives, dyes or pectin, only products from our orchard!!! We advise you to taste the Rosano peach in particular, a fruit typical of our region. We combine unique and tasty flavors: raviggiolo strudel with jam, simply delicious … and then:

  • Fig and kale marmelade
  • Fig jam
  • Nut strudel marmelade
  • Wild apple and plum jam
  • Plum jam
  • Persimmon and cocoa marmelade
  • Apple jam

  • Spicy onion compote
  • Cream of zucchini and potato spread
  • Cream of potato and eggplant spread
  • Sliced zucchini marinated in olive oil
  • ‘The Gardener’ tapenade
  • Eggplant marinated in olive oil
  • Chilli jam

Honey from the Olive Garden Farm: acacia honey, wildflower, ivy, very good with bread and our fresh cheese … a sweet treat! You’ll find it in jars of 1 kg and 500 gr.

Our organic stone ground flour: durum wheat flour, from the seed to the grain to the package, all exclusively from our fields.
